With more than two decades of experience across digital media, technology, marketing, and business development, Nicolaas has built and scaled multiple digital ventures across international markets. His background combines strategic brand development, community growth, product positioning, and large-scale digital ecosystem management.

Nicolaas also holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, combining practical operational experience with formal business and strategic management training. His leadership approach emphasizes transparency, execution, scalability, and long-term ecosystem sustainability.

Jeremy Harkness — Chief Technology Officer

Jeremy Harkness serves as Chief Technology Officer and leads the technical development and infrastructure architecture of the BlockDAG network.

Jeremy’s experience across both startups and large-scale technology environments has helped shape BlockDAG’s high-performance Layer-1 architecture. Under his leadership, the network continues to evolve toward higher scalability, greater efficiency, and enterprise-grade infrastructure reliability.
