Will You Send The Miners Directly to My Address?
Mining equipment will be shipped directly to your address when you purchase via the website. Contact the support to discuss the issue if you want it delivered elsewhere.
Would I Be Eligible for A Chargeback in Case of A Missed, Delayed, or Lost Shipment?
With BDAG’s Cancellation & Return Policy for BlockDAG Devices, users can claim returns, refunds and cancellations applicable to orders placed directly through BlockDAG or authorized dealers Globally. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason other than broken, defective, or missing Products.
What are the replacement/reshipping processes for faulty products or lost Shipments?
