When will my miners be delivered to my chosen address?

We understand you’re excited to receive your miner and appreciate your patience. We’re currently in a beta distribution phase, sending a small batch for testing before the full rollout. Wider shipping is expected very soon, with exact timelines depending on manufacturing capacity and component availability.

Will you send the miners directly to my address?

Yes. Mining equipment will be shipped directly to the address provided at the time of purchase. If you would like delivery to a different location, please update your delivery address through the website before shipping is arranged.

Where are the miners shipped from?

All devices are being shipped from South Africa. Please keep this in mind when estimating delivery times for your location.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

Yes. BlockDAG cannot ship devices to North Korea, Belarus, or Russia due to regulatory restrictions.

What happens if my product is faulty or if my shipment is lost?

If your parcel is broken, defective, or missing, contact our support team at https://blockdag.network/support . They will review your case and arrange either a replacement or a reshipment. Once confirmed, your product will be sent to you as quickly as possible.
